The front cover plate and water pump fitted.  The water pump and inlet pipe must be fitted separately and then connected once in position.

The bridge piece securing the water pump should be tightened down equally on each stud.  The screw-down nut should be half filled with water pump grease.

The three studs attached to the front of the block are to locate the fan.  Unfortunately, the new block has been cast with a longer support bracket, which means that the spacer for the fan will have to be skimmed by 5/32" to get the fan pulley in line with the crankshaft pulley.
